Payment methods You can pay by credit card, cash on delivery, Paypal or pre-invoice. Floramicato d. o. o. reserves the right – in individual cases or depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer – to accept only a certain method of payment.
- Payment by credit card
When paying by credit/debit card, the charge will be made within one week after products have been shipped (we accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express).
- Cash in Advance
In case of payment by pre-invoice, the amount of the invoice must be transferred to the bank account indicated below within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation.

- Payment by PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service that ensures safe, easy and fast payment. You have the option to open your PayPal account while ordering. There are no additional fees when paying with PayPal.
- Coupons
In the case of redeeming coupons, the special conditions that apply to redeeming coupons are taken into account, such as e. g. minimum order quantity, validity etc. The relevant information is provided on the coupons. You can redeem only one coupon or discount for one order. Cash payment or later billing for previous orders is not possible. Resale is not permitted.
- Transaction costs
If the customer is late with payment, late payment interest of 5 percentage points above the ECB base rate is added to the purchase price. If the customer is not a final consumer, interest for late payment amounts to 8 percentage points above the basic interest rate. Floramicato d. o. o. reserves the right to claim higher compensation for delay upon notification.
- Invoices
The customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form. Electronic invoices will be sent to the customer’s email address as a PDF file. The charged sales tax does not give the buyer the right to deduct the input tax.
