Floramicato d.o.o. uses the MailChimp online platform to send e-newsletters. MailChimp stores the personal data of individuals for the purpose of sending newsletters: first name, last name, e-mail address, country. The MailChimp online platform ensures compliance with the requirements of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (EU Regulation 2016/679), and has also obtained a certificate of compliance with the EU – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
– accessing and copying your personal data;

until the deletion of your personal data, especially if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or were processed illegally or were processed based on your consent, you have revoked your consent and there is no other legal basis for their processing;
– until the transfer of personal data to another operator, when this is technically feasible;
– to limit the processing of your personal data, especially if you dispute their accuracy – namely for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of your personal data; if the processing is illegal, you object to the deletion of personal data; if the data retention period has expired and you need it to assert legal claims;

STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
